ALTER TABLE `vms_kontodaten` ADD `bkontostand` DOUBLE( 10, 2 ) NOT NULL AFTER `kontostand`; 

Probiers mal so

probier aber noch, in phpmyadmin die Spalte zu bearbeiten, und schreib als Standardwert 0.00 hin
