Ich habe mir eine shoutbox zugelegt und zwar diese hier KLICK

Nun wollte ich gerne das ich die shoutbox in einem neuem fenster offen habe also so das man auf einen link geht und auf einer anderen seite ist dann die shoutbox.

Ich habe es schon so versucht
